Agile Book Club: Choose Your Agility

There are many ways to be Agile, and no one way is right for everyone. Which ones should you choose? We discussed it in this book club session.

Discussion topics:

  • Which Agile ideas and fluency zones are important for your teams, and why?

  • Which aspects of Agile has your organization chosen to embrace, and how did it make that choice?

  • What does your organization want from Agile? How do its investments in agility reflect those goals?

  • If you could change anything, what would you improve about your team or organization’s approach to Agile?

About the Book Club

The Art of Agile Development Book Club takes place Fridays from 8:00 – 8:45am Pacific. Each session uses an excerpt from the new edition of my book, The Art of Agile Development, as a jumping-off point for a wide-ranging discussion about Agile ideas and practices.

Visit the event page for more information, including an archive of past sessions. For more about the book, visit the Art of Agile Development home page.
