Agile Book Club: Investing In Agility

To succeed with Agile, your organization needs to support it by changing the constraints teams are under. What changes should they make? That’s the subject of this book club session.

Discussion topics:

  • How have you seen organizations invest in their agility? How did it turn out?

  • In your opinion, which investments are most important for Agile to succeed?

  • Tell a story about an organization failing to invest in agility. What happened?

  • When it’s at its best, what does investing in agility look like? Tell a real-world story or share your opinion.

About the Book Club

The Art of Agile Development Book Club takes place Fridays from 8:00 – 8:45am Pacific. Each session uses an excerpt from the new edition of my book, The Art of Agile Development, as a jumping-off point for a wide-ranging discussion about Agile ideas and practices.

Visit the event page for more information, including an archive of past sessions. For more about the book, visit the Art of Agile Development home page.
