I heard Dr. Lougie Anderson of Sabrix speaking at the Program Management Forum today. She mentioned something that I thought was very clever: she makes sure that everybody in her group gets a free trip to a conference every year. They come back rejuvenated and excited, she said, and it's great for reducing turnover, too.
