One of my old clients needs a New York city based hands-on XP coach \ consultant with prior experience in mentoring teams on test-driven development and refactoring. It is an hands-on coaching position for 3 months. There is no relocation or travel reimbursement. Works starts immediately.

Requirements:

• Strong TDD skills using Java in Eclipse
• Strong refactoring skills
• Past training & mentoring experience
• Well versed in Agile practices
